This is one of twenty differently designed, 6 foot posters backed by a rigid substrate that decorated the conference. Each poster had different S&N reps photoshopped into different settings. The Reps were unaware they would walk into this giant conference to see themselves on the cover of Smith&Nephew Illustrated.
